Recognizing that a transformative education calls us to learn across difference, Concordia has established several priorities to affirm diversity of identities, experiences, and perspectives as a condition of institutional excellence, leading all who study and work here to honor difference with respectful understanding and to practice courageous citizenship for the common good.

Aid

Diversity Scholarship

This annual $500 award is available to admitted first-year or transfer underrepresented students with financial need. This scholarship can be stacked on top of the Excellence Scholarship.

"Because I love it here so much, I want to help Concordia reach its full potential to support students of color more. I am one of the founding members of the Latinx Organization of Achievement, which has created a safe place for me a Latina student on campus."
— Sammy Arocho '23

Community Achievement Scholarship

The Community Achievement Scholarship is open to first-generation college-bound students from ethnically and socioeconomically diverse backgrounds who live in Fargo-Moorhead or the surrounding area and have a desire to achieve a four-year degree.
