This course is an exploration of the impact of computer technology on communication. Readings, class discussions and lectures about computer-mediated communication theory help broaden students’ understanding of the communication discipline. As a capstone, this course is designed to encourage careful reflection of the core curriculum and the liberal arts with careful attention to social and global implications and the role of vocation in one’s life.
