SPAN 312 - Conversation and Film in the Hispanic World

This course focuses on developing conversational skills. Language and culture are integrated through a variety of stimulating activities. Through Spanish-language films, students will learn about social, political, economic and cultural issues that have shaped the identity of Hispanic countries. Oral assignments include speeches, debates, discussions and peer teaching, as well as a weekend immersion experience at Concordia Language Villages.
