Several students have earned doctoral degrees in the fields of mathematics and computer science.
Spend one semester in Hungary taking 3-4 math courses (in English)
In March 2020, Concordia College was awarded a $1.2 million Robert Noyce Teaching Scholarship grant to implement the Mathematics Teacher-Leaders Honors Program. 16 students will receive scholarships during their junior and senior years at Concordia.
Tracing the History of Mathematics is offered in May and led by Dr. Douglas Anderson. The itinerary includes time in Greece, Italy, Switzerland, France
Concordia was the first ever "three-peat" winner of the Midwest Undergraduate Data Analytics Competition (MUDAC). Students have 24 hours to analyze real data supplied by companies and then present a plan to the organization's executives. Competitor schools include U of M-Twin Cities, U of M-Duluth, Carleton College, Macalester, Luther College, UW-Madison, U of Iowa, and Iowa State.

The Math department hires a few student tutors each semester to hold office hours to assist students with homework. Additionally there are peer-tutoring opportunities at the Center for Student Success.
