Women in Leadership

A new program has been created for women planning to enroll and study in the Offutt School of Business at Concordia College. The Women in Leadership program will welcome up to 12 specially designated female students entering Concordia in Fall 2023. This group will meet regularly to learn about the ongoing challenges and emerging opportunities that women experience in the modern American workplace.

*Students majoring or minoring in business are eligible to apply.

Program Benefits:

• Members of the program will be provided individual female mentors who are Concordia grads or friends of the Offutt School of Business. These women mentors come from work and leadership roles in a variety of professional sectors.  
• Group members will be invited to attend special guest lectures and training programs on campus. Members will also be provided opportunities to learn about their own personality types and leadership strengths through personal strength inventories, surveys, and exploration exercises. 

How to Join:

To be eligible to apply, you must be admitted to the college. Submit your application along with a short essay (three paragraphs) answering this question: "What female leader inspires you and why?"
