The theatre art major or minor is your ticket to the world of the dramatic arts, with a balanced mix of study and practice to help you hone your craft. Whether you specialize in performance or design, you'll learn both in class and on the stage.
The theatre art major and minor at Concordia provides students with a broad-based theatre education. This sets a foundation from which they can specialize in performance, design or history and literature. Throughout the school year, Concordia's theatre presents a variety of classic and contemporary productions. Many students combine a theatre art major or minor with art, business, communication studies, music, or other programs.

There are many opportunities available to theatre art majors, including paid technical assistant positions and senior thesis opportunities.
