Here's everything you need to complete before you begin your full-time or part-time PSEO courses at Concordia.
Have you received your acceptance into the PSEO program? Congratulations! If you plan on joining us this upcoming semester, submit the Intent to Enroll form online. This allows you to continue through the next steps, including course registration.
You'll be mailed a letter that includes instructions for accessing your email and CobberNet (our internal website). Your @cord.edu email is the official communication method of campus and you’re expected to check it frequently.
If you plan to study a foreign language during your time at Concordia, this will allow us to place you in the appropriate class level.
Full-time PSEO students will register the same as our incoming first-year students by completing the online Student Registration Inventory. Watch for more information in your Concordia email. Full-time students are typically assigned an academic advisor in a major they are interested in studying.
Part-time PSEO students will register individually with a member of our Registrar's Office each semester. Students will be contacted at their Concordia email to arrange registration.
Immunization forms are mandatory and will be mailed to your home address but are also available for download in CobberNet.
This video-based program will provide crucial information about Consent, Bystander Intervention, Sexual Harassment, Intimate Partner Violence, Stalking, and much more. This online training course will help you better understand how important these issues are and what you can do to help make our campus safer.
All incoming students are required to complete this program.
Once you have your class schedule, stop by the Cobber Bookstore to get your books for the upcoming semester or order your books online. Textbooks for Minnesota students must be purchased through our bookstore and returned before the end of each semester. North Dakota Dual Enrollment students are responsible for paying for their course materials.
Any student is welcome to have a vehicle on campus but must register it online with Parking Services. Parking permits are free and available to pick up at the beginning of the semester after you've registered your vehicle.
Full-Time Students
Being a full-time PSEO student is like starting your first year of college. Students will participate in our Orientation program right alongside our first-year students. Among the first things you'll do is meet your Clubbies, who will also be your classmates for your Inquiry Seminar. You'll participate in various activities throughout the week to prepare you for the Cobber life. All full-time PSEO students are automatically opted in to participating in this exciting event as you transition to life as a Cobber.
Part-Time Students
We host an annual Orientation program each fall for part-time PSEO students. At PSEO Orientation, you'll get to hear from PSEO coordinators about support, expectations, policies, find your classes, and get your textbooks. You'll be sent more information about this during the summer via your Concordia email.
PSEO students can upload a photo online for their Student ID. Cards can be picked up at the start of the semester from Dining Services, located in the Knutson Campus Center.
Key fobs give current students access to campus buildings after hours, such as the library, Integrated Science Center, and Knutson Campus Center.
On-Campus Full-Time PSEO:
If you're living on campus, you'll get a key fob at move-in.
Off-Campus Full-Time and Part-Time PSEO:
Key fobs are not automatically distributed to you. If you'd like access, please work with your admission representative to obtain a key fob.
Full-Time Students Only
Select your preferred residence hall and participate in roommate matching. All students must either submit a housing application or a housing exemption form. Both will be accessible in MyHousing via CobberNet in April.
The cost of housing is not covered by the PSEO program and will be billed to your student account.
Full-Time Students Only
Inquiry Seminars are unique first-year courses based on a wide range of topics. They are paired with a written or oral communication course. You'll indicate your top Inquiry Seminar choices in your Student Registration Inventory. Inquiry Seminar course options will be posted in March. Keep an eye on your Concordia email for further instructions.
Full-Time Students Only
Led by a skilled staff of culinary veterans, Concordia Dining Services provides exceptional, nutritious meals to our students. Any student can purchase a dining plan; however, full-time students who live on campus will be required to choose between Unlimited, Gold 255, and Maroon 205 plans. Dining plans do not roll over from one semester to another.
The cost of your dining plan is not covered by the PSEO program and will be billed to your student account. Students who do not choose a dining plan will be put on the Maroon 205 plan.
