Transfer Scholarships
Transfer Gold Scholarship
Sponsored by the National Alumni Board, this $25,000 annual scholarship is Concordia's most prestigious academic award for Fall 2023 applicants. Students should have a cumulative 3.5 GPA or higher to apply.
The Transfer Gold Scholarship replaces all other Concordia College scholarships.
Deadline for Fall 2023 applicants: March 15, 2022
Transfer Excellence
Concordia offers transfer student scholarships based on your college GPA. High school information is required for students seeking federal and state aid and is a factor in your scholarship decision if you have completed less than two semesters of college.
Simply apply for admission; no separate application needed.
Transfer Excellence Award Amounts:
- Fall 2023 transfer students: $8,000-$16,000
Diversity Scholarship
Concordia's $500 Diversity Scholarship is available to admitted underrepresented transfer students with financial need. This scholarship can be stacked on top of your Transfer Excellence Scholarship.
Performing Arts
Concordia is widely known for its excellent programs in music, theatre, visual arts, and speech. Scholarships are available to fall transfer students interested in participating in any of these areas. These scholarships range in value and require separate applications and, in some cases, performance submissions, by a specific deadline determined by each department. Students selected to receive these awards will be expected to participate in events and programs as determined by the respective departments.

Concordia Congregational Scholarship
Concordia will match congregational scholarships given by a student’s congregation up to $500 per year for students who have been accepted for admission to Concordia College and who will be enrolled on at least a half-time basis. Scholarship notification forms must be submitted no later than Aug. 15 to qualify for matching funds for the upcoming academic year.
