Facilities Management
We seek to provide the best possible facilities and grounds to support those who work and study at Concordia.
Our department is responsible for maintaining and repairing the campus facilities, special event setups, Parking Services, Transportation Services and major improvement and renovation projects.
Let us know as soon as possible when you have a repair need, so we can best prioritize projects and get your job scheduled.
Hours
Facilities Management:
- Academic year: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Summer: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
Parking Services:
- 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
Emergencies
All calls for emergency service (situations that are life threatening or likely to cause severe damage to a college building or facility) should be called in immediately.- 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Weekdays (academic terms) and 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (summer term)
