The new consul general for Norway’s honorary consulate is Eivind Heiberg ’93. He was named to the post by Norway’s ambassador to the United States and took over duties from Gary Gandrud on Sept. 1. Concordia President William Craft had the pleasure of meeting with Heiberg and Walter Mondale, who preceded Gandrud as the consul general, at a dinner honoring Gandrud's work at the honorary consulate.
