Fay Ferguson ’73, co-CEO of Burrell Communications Group in Chicago, delivered a Commencement address pushing students to challenge themselves as they move into the next stage of their lives. “Only by stepping outside your comfort zone do you begin to understand and feel the joy of helping others,” Ferguson said.
