Residence halls are more than just a place to live – they are also a place to learn and grow.
Our hall staff members actively work to help residents meet the following learning outcomes:
Residents will:
- Develop a connection to the community
- Demonstrate confidence and resiliency
- Communicate with others
- Gain independence
- Develop intra- and inter-personal competence
To meet these outcomes, professional and student staff members host a variety of small and large-scale programs in the residence halls. Staff also work to create personal relationships with each resident, ensuring that all students feel connected and involved in their floor/building community.
