Boe-Olsen Apartments
Added to Concordia‘s college housing in 1996, the Boe-Olsen Apartments are located at the corner of Eighth Street and 10th Avenue South. This facility features 17 efficiency apartments for a total of 34 primarily sophomore, junior, and senior Cobbers.
While offering a different social environment than most residence halls, the college apartments are managed under the same policies and regulations that govern campus housing. The apartments are overseen by a Residence Life professional staff member and a student building manager. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, which means that participation in a college meal plan is optional.
