Townhouses
The college townhouses provide apartment-style living for primarily juniors and seniors. They are the newest addition to campus living, completed in the summer of 2004, and the only building with the option of living with coed roommates. While offering a different social environment than most residence halls, the college apartments are managed under the same policies and regulations that govern campus housing. The townhouses are managed by a Residence Life professional staff member and a student building manager.
Eligibility
Eligibility is based on number of semester living on-campus, and then # of credits. There is a requirement for anyone who signs a townhouse agreement to live in the apartment at least one semester.
