Accounting

First year accounting students should enroll in MATH 121 - Calculus if they have taken a pre-calculus course previously.  If not, enroll in MATH 110 - Pre-Calculus prior to taking MATH 121 as required.  

Accounting students should consider enrolling in DATA 200 if they have an ACT score of 24+ or if they have taken college algebra or pre-calculus in high school.  

First year accounting students will be enrolled in BUSN 399.  This is not a class to attend, but rather a series of three (3) proficiency exams in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) that must be taken and passed by the end of the third semester of attendance.  Complete information is available in the Offutt School of Business office, Grant 214.
